Our Working
Methodology

We apply best practice and specific methodologies to manage our services and projects.

During project initiation we clearly define what the project intends to achieve, its end results and scope. In this way we determine resources and time to be assigned to complete the work, setting benchmarks for quality of work to be delivered by the end of the project. 

During the control stage we monitor and control project progress and quality by tracking its progress through regular checkpoints and resolving issues that may arise during project implementation.

Marios Charalambous

Managing Director & Founder

MIAC is headed by Marios who is the Managing Director and Founder.

Marios has the ability to do what needs to be done, without being influenced by other people or situations. He is dedicated, experienced and confident in facing and addressing any challenges. Has a proven record of high performance and high quality of work.

Marios has been awarded the certificate of “European Occupational Safety and Health Manager” a title approved and validated by the European Network of Safety and Health Professional Organisations (ENSHPO).

Marios is an Authorised Vocational Educational Trainer – Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus (E000440) and holds EXYPP – Occupational Safety and Health Consultant, approved by the Department of Labour Inspection, Cyprus.

Vasilis Charalambous

Health & Safety Manager

Vasilis is MIAC’s Health & Safety Manager and holds a MSc and B.Eng. (Hons) in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from the University of Birmingham, UK. He is a member of the Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber (ΕΤΕΚ).

Vasilis was awarded with the NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety from RRC International, UK, and is in the process of completing the NEBOSH International Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety with RRC International, UK. 

Vasilis has passed the examinations held by the Cyprus Department of Labour Inspection, documenting the very good knowledge of the Cypriot and European Legislation that governs the issues of safety and health at work, and holds EXYPP – Occupational Safety and Health Consultant, approved by the Department of Labour Inspection, Cyprus.

Niki Charalambous

DIRECTOR

Niki’s background encompasses over 30 years professional experience in corporate governance, administration, operations, finance, human capital and compliance.

Niki is responsible for managing the financial sustainability and growth of MIAC. Ensuring that all direction setting is in line with governance requirements, operational and financial management are in line with performance targets, and that business operations adhere to high ethical standards of business conduct.

Appointed by the Board as Company Secretary, Niki is responsible for corporate governance, organising and administering Board of Directors’ and Shareholders’ meetings in accordance with the Company’s Articles of Association and statutory requirements.

Elena Charitou

ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

Elena is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of MIAC.

Elena holds a BA (Hons) in Educational Studies, and has over ten years of professional experience in administration, operations and customer service, having previously worked in the insurance industry.

Skilled in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, Elena is responsible for customer relations, financial and organisational operations, as well as administering all logistical phases of MIAC’s Vocational Training Center seminars.
