Development of Integrated Occupational Safety and Health Management System
Development of Integrated Occupational Safety and Health Management System in collaboration with the client and in accordance with the requirements of International Standard ISO 45001:2018, the Occupational Safety and Health Laws 1996 to 2020 and the Occupational Safety and Health Management Regulations (R.A.A 158 / 2021), as well as suggestions for managing any risks that may be identified by:
- Reviewing of all relevant legislation to assess their relevance to the operation of the client
- Documenting checks and procedures for compliance with any requirements specified in the legislation and the ISO Standard
- Preparing a Policy Statement explaining how the client is managing occupational safety and health
Risk Assessments
Assessment and upgrading of existing risk assessments by conducting a comprehensive risk assessment of the client’s activities and establish audits and procedures to manage the identified risks
Assessment of risks to the safety and health of client’s employees
Assessment of risks to the safety and health of persons not employed by the client and which (risks) arise from or in connection with the way in which the client carries out its activities
Implementation of Safety and Health Management System
Supervision, monitoring and evaluation of the safety and health management system in collaboration with the client’s Safety Officer.

Identifying the objectives of a Safety and Health Management System
Consultancy on safety and health issues whenever the need arises, with ultimate objective being:
- Protection of workers from risks related to work, which may affect their life, health, and well-being
- Reduction of injuries and occupational diseases, ensuring improved levels of protection and prevention
- Minimizing hazardous workplace incidents, such as fires, explosions, etc. which could lead to serious accidents or total disasters
- Protection of persons not employed by the client but who may be affected by the activities of the client
- Development and implementation of an integrated Safety and Health Management System including written Risk Assessments for all activities
Onsite visits
Visits to the workplace for inspection and monitoring of the safety and health management system applied by the client. Visits to the workplace if deemed necessary due to an emergency. Undertake the following tasks to implement the project:
Informing the Executive and Management team of the client about the project and the provisions of the relevant legislation
Examining the status of the current situation and scheduling tasks
Measurement of physical factors (e.g. light, microclimate, indoor air quality)
Attendance at the Safety Committee meetings
Client Staff Training
Provision of staff training based on programmes to be decided jointly with the client. Such programmes are eligible for a grant from the Human Resource Development Authority (HRDA). Staff training will be carried out at the client’s premises. During the training session, sources of risk will be indicated and analysed, and any practical questions raised by staff will be addressed and resolved.
Training Seminars
Provision of training seminars in accordance with ‘The Management of Safety and Health at Work Regulations 2021’ or as amended.
